Terms of Service

By creating an account, browsing profiles, or booking services on Maitriverse ("Platform"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Maitriverse. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

Maitriverse functions as a technology platform connecting independent relationship coaches, emotional clarity advisors, attraction consultants, and companion guides ("Providers") with clients ("Buyers").

Providers are independent service partners and not employees or agents of Maitriverse. Maitriverse provides profile hosting, identity verification tools, monitored chat interfaces, and transaction processing.

All members of the Maitriverse community must adhere strictly to our safety standards:

• Respect & Safety: Harassment, threats, stalking, hate speech, explicit non-consensual content, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Authenticity: Impersonation, fake verification documents, or submitting false information during registration is strictly banned.
• Legal Compliance: Services and communications must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

Attempting to solicit, offer, or accept direct off-platform payments (cash, external UPI, direct bank transfers) to circumvent platform fees will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of pending wallet balances, and potential civil legal remedies.

Service prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) or specified currency at checkout. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.

Maitriverse retains a platform service commission on completed bookings to cover platform maintenance, identity verification, customer support, and payment processing fees. The remaining balance is credited to the provider's wallet.

Important Notice: Services hosted on Maitriverse (including relationship coaching, attraction advice, and companion sessions) are for personal developmental, clarity, and social connection purposes only. They do NOT constitute licensed medical, psychiatric, psychological, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency medical services or certified healthcare professionals immediately.

Maitriverse reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate any account at any time without prior notice if we determine that a user has violated these Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent activity, or compromised the safety of another user.
